What are my options for paying for camp?

Most camp families are on a monthly payment plan that processes the first of each month with the last payment on May 1.  You may also pay for camp in full at the time of registration if you prefer.

Is financial assistance available?

Yes.  Pine Cove offers partial tuition assistance through the scholarship program to prospective campers with financial, spiritual, and emotional need. Learn more at pinecove.com

Are pets allowed?

No, Pine Cove is a pet-free environment.

Will I need extra money?

Some extra money will come in handy for golf, Coffee Shop, gift shop, etc.

Do you have towel changes?

Yes.  Towels will be changed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

How do I sign up for activities?

There will be an opportunity to sign up for specific activities once you arrive at camp.

What about medical help/facilities?

Chimney Point has a health assistant on staff for minor bumps and bruises.  Nearby Seneca has a hospital.

Are there any stores nearby?

There is an Ingles in Westminster and a Wal-Mart in Seneca.

Can you accommodate children with special needs?

Yes, in some cases depending on the special needs of the child and our staffing capability in a given week of camp. When you call to register please let our registration staff know the specifics of your child’s special needs.

Can I rock out with Jesus at 3 a.m.?

Yes, in fact, it is heartily encouraged to rock out whenever you’re hit by the urge. We do, however, ask that you consider other campers.
